Experience
Professional history
A quick record of where I've worked and what I actually did there — from shipping code myself to running a strategy function across 50+ countries.
Delivery Hero SE
Ran a product strategy and centre-of-excellence pod for seven consumer platforms across 50+ countries — closing org gaps, aligning strategy, and scaling what worked. Built the group's competitive-intelligence programme and applied consumer psychology to pricing and promotions, contributing $200M+ in incremental GMV along the way.
Team-IT Research
A short MBA-year consulting stint: strategic and competitive analysis for EU research and innovation programmes, workshops on business-model mapping and design thinking, and a documentation overhaul that made the internal process easier to scale.
Jaga-Me Private Limited
Joined as the company's first Head of Product to set the portfolio and strategy from scratch. Redesigned the internal platforms around patients rather than paperwork, and built a behavioural-design engagement programme that lifted customer lifetime value by 50%.
Oikos Apps
Built a B2B SaaS platform that let businesses spin up their own consumer apps — grew it from MVP to 100k end users and 200 enterprise clients. Led a full rebrand and new design system, and cut internal quality issues by 75% along the way.
Onoko Limited
Started as a developer, ended up running the Hong Kong office. Launched a loyalty-card programme that grew to 120+ corporate partners, and shipped consumer apps that between them reached tens of millions of users — including one that hit #1 on the Facebook charts.
Work with me
A few ways I can help
Alongside full-time roles, I take on a small number of focused, fixed-scope engagements. Here's what that tends to look like.
Product Teardown
A close, structured look at one flow in your or a competitor's product — where it works, where it quietly loses people, and why.
MORE DETAIL +I'll walk through a specific user flow end-to-end, mapping friction points, drop-off risks and missed opportunities against what you're trying to achieve. You get a written report and a 60-minute debrief. Useful for teams before a redesign sprint or after a metric moves in the wrong direction.
UX/UI Audit
A heuristic pass across your core screens — not a redesign, a clear-eyed diagnosis of what's working and what isn't.
MORE DETAIL +Structured around established usability heuristics and consumer psychology principles, this gives you a prioritised list of issues with reasoning — not just a list of things that look wrong. Useful for early-stage teams before their first real user testing, or mature products that have accumulated technical and design debt.
Competitive Analysis
A side-by-side feature gap analysis of how a close competitor solves the same problem, or a wider scope analysis of how global market competitors solve similar problems. Alternatively, clear trends in the market based on competitor movement.
MORE DETAIL +Not a feature matrix — a structured read of positioning, UX decisions, pricing signals and strategic intent. The output is a clear picture of where the competitive space is moving and what that implies for your roadmap. I've done this at scale across 50+ markets; I can do it precisely for yours.
Strategic Analysis
A step back from the roadmap, to check the strategy still matches the market you're actually in.
MORE DETAIL +For teams who feel like they're executing well but something isn't clicking at the strategic level. I'll look at your positioning, your bets, and how they connect to what customers actually value — and give you an honest outside read on where the logic holds and where it doesn't.
Consumer Behaviour Analysis
A read of why your users behave the way they do — using decision framing, behavioural economics, and psychology to find the levers data alone won't surface.
MORE DETAIL +Most product decisions are made on data alone — this adds the why behind the numbers. I'll apply frameworks from behavioural economics and consumer psychology to a specific flow, pricing structure, or retention problem, and give you concrete changes grounded in how people actually make decisions.
Design Workshop
A hands-on session for teams who want to think more clearly before they build — covering design thinking, service design, and customer value creation.
MORE DETAIL +Structured sessions for teams who want to think more clearly about a problem before jumping to solutions. I run workshops on design thinking, service design blueprinting, and customer value mapping — adapted to your team's context and level of familiarity with the methods.
